Condolence: I had the honor and privilege of getting to know Randall during our many years of working together. He was one of the finest gentlemen I have ever come to know. The deep and abiding love he had for his family was evident to all as he shared stories of their gatherings and vacations. He truly was a fine man and he is sadly missed. Blessings to his wonderful family in their grief.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to Randy's wife and family. Randy and I rode to work together when both of us were employed in Havre de Grace with the National Guard. I considered him as a fine gentleman and a good person. I just learned of his illness last week when attending a funeral at Harkins. We got to see each other a few times after we retired usually due to a funeral at Harkins or my Church. I believe we had genuine respect for one another. My prayers are with his family. Randy is in a better place now with no pain or sorrow and I trust to see him in eternity!
